If applicable, All Makeup/Hair must be done prior to session.

Up to 2 extra guests allowed as long as they are not disruptive to your photo session.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes towards the total cost of your session. The remaining payment will be due by the end of your session and will be automatically charged to your card on file. If you would like to pay in full, you have the option to do so as well. Payments are accepted via the online booking system, cash, Apple Pay, Zelle.

I understand that things that are beyond your control may happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please feel free to contact me via email or phone and I will try my best to accommodate you at another time and your deposit will be funded towards the rescheduled date. Please note that you are only allowed to reschedule once per booking.

Cancellations will only be permitted when done at least 7 days in advance. This gives other clients to book in a timely manner. If cancellations are not done within the allotted time-frame, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100. Please note, that if you cancel, your 50% deposit that was paid upon booking will still be NON-REFUNDABLE. For "No-call No-shows", the full amount of your session will be charged to your card on file.

A $15.00 late fee will be applied to any client who is 15 or more minutes late. If you are more than 30 mins late, your session will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. If you are running late, please contact me to let me know. Your session begins at the time booked. If you are late, the time that you are late will be deducted from your total session time. This is to ensure that I am catering to all of my clients in a timely manner.

You can expect to receive your final images within a minimum of 5 to 10 business days after you’ve selected your images to be retouched. A rush fee of $60 is applied if you would like to receive your images within 1-5 days. There are NO REFUNDS on completed images.

Even if your package doesn’t offer prints, you can request prints on any of your retouched images at an additional cost. You can also select additional prints as an “Add-on” during booking.

PHOTOGRAPHER: The photographer reserves the right to use all images and footage from the photo session without restriction, for advertising, prints, portfolios, on website, and on social media unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by the client.

CLIENT: The client is not allowed to use photos for commercial gain without giving mention to and obtaining permission from the photographer.

FOR OUTDOOR SHOOTS ONLY: Transportation fees may be added depending on the distance of the location.
